We serve the US and English-speaking markets, offering premium tours with a longer customer decision journey.As our Email / SMM Marketing Manager, you will own LH Tours’ email marketing and social media channels, building meaningful communication with both our warm audience from the Lev Haolam community and new leads. You’ll take campaigns from idea to execution, creating engaging content that nurtures trust, inspires travel, and supports customers throughout their decision-making journey.
What You’ll Do
Own and manage email marketing and social media channels (Instagram & Facebook) for LH Tours.
Plan and execute segmented email campaigns and social content for both existing subscribers and new leads.
Build and optimize lifecycle campaigns, including lead nurturing, abandoned booking, and re-engagement flows.
Create engaging, story-driven content that builds trust and inspires customers throughout their journey.
